Dover Street Market London offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all online orders, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as pierced jewelry and fragrances, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Request Authorization
Log into your account or visit the returns portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the completed returns form and invoice inside the parcel.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered or removed.
Dispatch and Refund
Drop off your package at an authorized collection point; once received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
